WOW Tech and XR Brands Reach Settlement in Patent Dispute

New York, NY – WOW Tech Group, part of Lovehoney Group, a global leader in premium intimate wellness products, and XR Brands, a well-established manufacturer and distributor in the adult novelty industry, have reached an amicable settlement in a previously filed patent infringement lawsuit initiated by WOW Tech against XR Brands in which WOW Tech accused XR Brands of infringing WOW Tech’s innovative Pleasure Air Technology patents.

As part of the resolution, XR Brands has agreed to become a licensee of WOW Tech’s patent portfolio, covering a range of their Suction Stimulating Toys. The resolution requires XR Brands to pay an undisclosed amount to settle the lawsuit and ongoing undisclosed royalty payments for continued use of the patented technology.
