Xgen Donates to Australian Red Cross Disaster Fund
Horsham, PA – Xgen Products has teamed up with LonBrook, one of their trusted Australian partners, to help with the recent bushfires that have devasted the country. From now until February 29, 2020, Xgen Products will donate 10% of all sales through LonBrook to the Australian Red Cross.
“The bushfires in Australia are having an impact on the entire country,,” said Andy Green, President of Xgen Products. “We have some of the best partners and customers in Australia, and want to help in any way we can.”
With multiple proven brands, including Envy Menswear, Lapdance Lingerie and Teacher’s Pet, the Melbourne based LonBrook provides seductive lingerie and accessories with accurate service and fast delivery.
“Michael Bassett and the LonBrook team have stepped up, and have always been an amazing partner for us,” added Green.
The Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery fund provides emergency assistance, psychosocial first aid and practical support, as well as greets people evacuated by air and sea, and helps to reconnect families. They also carry out recovery assessments and in Victoria distribute food and water. Their teams were on ground in multiple locations across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. In New South Wales more than 90 Red Cross personnel supported people at 61 evacuation centres. In Victoria more than 130 Red Cross personnel worked in emergency relief centres and the operations centre.
As of this week, the Australian bushfires have claimed the lives of over half a billion animals and have set over 25 million acres ablaze. To put that in perspective, these bushfires are about 80 times the size of the deadly California wildfires of 2019.
