Anikka Albrite Wins Female Performer of the Year at 2015 XBIZ Awards

Venice, CA –  The 2015 XBIZ Awards was a night to remember for Anikka Albrite, who won her first Female Performer of the Year title at the ceremony in Los Angeles.

Anikka went in with seven nominations and left with two trophies, also scoring a win for Best Scene – Couples-Themed Release for her work in Untamed Heart (Adam & Eve) with Tommy Gunn.

“All the women in my category are amazing and so deserving of this award,” she told XBIZ at the show. “Fortunately, I’ve had the privilege of working with most of them. I’m incredibly honored that I was chosen. My heart is overflowing.”

At almost the same time CNBC was releasing it’s annual “The Dirty Dozen: Porn’s Biggest Stars” feature, which said wonderful things about Anikka.

“She started her meteoric rise last year and has seen it continue this year,” they wrote,” mentioning that LA Weekly had named her among a handful of possible contenders for the “next Jenna Jameson” crown.

Fans will be able to congratulate Anikka in person this week as she signs at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas. She will also be attending the 2015 AVN Awards, of course, where she has 14 nominations, including Female Performer of the Year, Best Actress for Untamed Heart and Best Star Showcase for Anikka 2 (Hard X/O.L. Entertainment).

Two of Anikka’s nominations are in the AVN Awards fan voting categories. Vote Anikka for Hottest Ass and Favorite Female Performer. The polls are still open at http://avnawards.avn.com/voting/.
