jessica drake Invites Adult Industry to Join Team Wicked in AIDS Walk LA 2020
Los Angeles, CA – Activist, humanitarian, sex educator and Wicked Pictures star jessica drake invites all members of the adult industry to join Team Wicked in support of AIDS Walk Los Angeles 2020. Due to the worldwide pandemic, the walk will be moved to a virtual space, making the annual event accessible to everyone regardless of location. To donate or sign up as a fundraising team member, click here.
“AIDS Walk is an event I hold close to my heart and look forward to every year. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the event will be moved to an online platform, but our goal is no different. I want to personally invite every member of the adult industry to join us in solidarity, to help raise funds for a segment of the population severely susceptible to Coronavirus, and could use our assistance more than ever,” said jessica drake. “We hope everyone is able to come together to create awareness and raise funds for an organization which has united to support persons who have been affected by HIV and AIDS.”
jessica drake and Team Wicked have made AIDS Walk LA an annual tradition, raising over $130K for AIDS and HIV research, treatment, and prevention. Participating in this event has become a mainstay every year, shining a spotlight on an important cause which has affected the world.
Team Wicked will be putting its efforts behind the Support Walk, which raises awareness and funds for critical programs benefiting older adults living with HIV, nutritious meals, counseling, and housing. It also provides resources and funding for AIDS Walk LA’s transgender support programs and women’s wellness programs which help the community stay healthy and well, regardless of HIV status.
Once a participant has registered with Team Wicked, they can customize and promote their fundraising page in a myriad of ways. There is no minimum requirement to raise for the cause. To learn more or to support Team Wicked, click here.
