Satisfyer Wins Against NOVOLUTO GmbH (Womanizer)/Orion

Germany – The Hamburg Regional Court prohibits the incorrect Satisfyer press release by NOVOLUTO GmbH (Womanizer) / Orion Versand GmbH!

By order of April 4, 2018, the district court of Hamburg has prohibited the press release of NOVOLUTO GmbH / Orion Versand GmbH and especially the following points:

The judgment of the district court of Duesseldorf of 14 December 2017 refers to the old model of the “Satisfyer Pro 2”. Therefore, NOVOLUTO / Orion must point out that the judgment is NOT against the new and covered by Satisfyer’s own patents protected successor model “Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation”.

The resolution is not yet final and objection can be filed against this.
