Doc Johnson’s Scott Watkins Wins Senior Leadership Award

North Hollywood, CA – Doc Johnson is pleased to announce that its VP of Sales and Marketing, Scott Watkins, won the 2022 XBIZ Honor Senior Leadership Award. This marks the second year in a row where he has taken home the honor.


Watkins has been at Doc Johnson for almost ten years, in which he’s led both the sales and marketing teams to new highs. He has overseen internal changes and external acquisitions and has been an integral part of Doc’s employee culture.

“It has been a pleasure to work alongside Scott for so long,” said Doc Johnson COO, Chad Braverman. “He is the backbone of both our sales and marketing teams, leading with knowledge, vision, and kindness. I’m grateful that the rest of the industry sees his incredible value as well.” 

Watkins is well respected throughout the adult pleasure product industry. In addition to his role at Doc Johnson, he serves as vice president of the Free Speech Coalition Board of Directors, which aims to protect the rights of the industry.

“The win for me truly comes in being on a list of other nominees that I have such a high level of respect for. Each and everyone one of them should have received the same award,” said Watkins. “I love this industry and my team at Doc Johnson, and I feel so fortunate to do this work every day.
