Lovehoney Awarded for Innovation for the Second Consecutive Year
Bath, UK – Sexual happiness and wellbeing brand, Lovehoney has retained its title of ‘Innovation Champion Of The Year’ at the 2021 National Retail Awards, commending the company’s continued innovative work in the Australian market.
Run by the National Retail Association, the award recognises an Australian retailer that embraces innovation and has successfully implemented a new and innovative strategy over the past 12 months.
The reigning champion pipped retail giants Cotton On, start-up fashion brand Vivra, Upparel and charitable organisation Salvos Stores to the post to claim the title.

Since launching in Australia in 2013, Lovehoney has become the leading online retailer for sex toys and adult products. The brand was selected as a finalist for three award categories – ‘The Innovation Champion Of The Year’, ‘Medium Retailer of The Year’ and ‘Online Retailer Of the Year’ and was the only adult company to be shortlisted within any category.
This is the first award for the brand as part of the Lovehoney Group after the company merged with WOW Tech earlier this year to form the world’s biggest sexual wellness company.
