Maia Launches ‘Pleasure Promise’ Lifetime Product Warranty

USA – Affordable luxury brand Maia Novelties has announced the company’s ‘Pleasure Promise,’ a lifetime warranty on all product purchases, effective immediately.

Under the Pleasure Promise warranty, Maia Novelties will support both retailers and end consumers who directly apply for a product replacement through a Maia manufacturer representative.

To qualify, end consumers must first register their Maia product online within 30 days of purchase. A receipt of purchase must be presented with the defective product to be eligible for a free replacement. The end consumer may be required to ship the defective product back to Maia Novelties at their own expense but will receive free shipping on the replacement. The warranty continues after 1 replacement has been granted.

Retailers can contact their Maia Novelties representative to assist with customer returns on defective products.

Outside of the United States, end consumers will be required to cover shipping costs for both the return of the defective product and to receive their replacement. In the event a product is discontinued, out of stock, or is unavailable in a certain color, Maia Novelties reserves the right to substitute colors from available stock or upgrade to a similar, newer product. The company reserves the right to deny any replacement request due to insufficient proof of purchase.
