Berlin, DE – pjur is the new sponsor of Berlin’s famous KiezTour, a unique tour through the history of the city’s queer neighbourhood led by presenter, singer and entertainer Margot Schlönzke and other drag queens.

In choosing to sponsor this organisation, pjur is supporting another queer institution and promoting tolerance and acceptance – values that can’t always be taken for granted, even in modern society. “Diversity, inclusion, tolerance, empowerment and self-realisation are important values for pjur. We encourage everyone to embrace a sex life free from taboos. Join drag legends on a tour through Europe’s oldest queer quarter:

The neighbourhood around Berlin’s Nollendorfplatz has a colourful queer history. As the centre of the queer community in the city for over 140 years, the area is Europe’s oldest queer district. Once a week, a famous Berlin drag queen leads visitors on a four-hour tour through the diverse and colourful streets around Nollendorfplatz. Visitors get to take in legendary locations, explore quirky scene bars, snoop in fetish stores and sample local delicacies, all while journeying through the history of Berlin’s queer movement – from the founding years and the “first German gay movement” to the golden twenties, life under a Nazi dictatorship, the iconic 1980s and the modern day.
