Celebrating 25 Years of Shots In Ibiza

NL – It’s almost time to celebrate 25 years of “SHOTS” with the party of the century, and this year we are going to Ibiza, the Island that is most famous for its incredible parties. The SHOTS party, sponsored by Pipedream, is going to be our most unique and memorable party to date, so make sure you don’t miss out!!

We will be entertaining our most esteemed guests in a beautiful, typical Ibizan whitewashed villa. The villa itself is named after the Silver Screen icon, Marilyn Monroe, who may even be performing for us on the night. Ok, not the real Marilyn but a tribute act to the lady herself.

On top of this, we will be entertained by Dave Lubin a well-known name on the Ibizan party circuit. Dave started his DJ’ing career back in 1995 upon his first trip to Ibiza where he quickly made a name for himself. He was picked up by Pacha, where he held his first residency on the infamous terrace. Dave was also DJ at the famous Ministry of Sound in London, where he ruled Saturday nights at the only place to be until 3 am. He was soon offered a residency and became one of the youngest regulars behind the decks. He also launched Ministry Radio on Kiss FM and toured the UK alongside David Morales, Erick Morillo, CJ Macintosh and Tony Humphries to name but a few.

In more recent years, Dave created clubbing and lifestyle brand Mental Genius, back in 2013 to be precise, launching at Soho House in London and then beginning a new residency in Ibiza at Sankeys where Dave successfully promoted his own night drawing on guests such as Flashmob, Tuccillo and Eli & Fur, Dave could be found behind the decks in that infamous basement week after week, delivering the goods, it was a 3 year residency that Dave looks back on proudly.

Dave is currently resident at Heart Ibiza, playing his unique style of underground house infused with old school hip hop beats weekly where he is resident for Wildchild by the Game Over team, one of the islands most talked about new nights and definitely one to watch for 2020, Dave also played regularly throughout the summer at DC10 in the VIP Airstream for Jamie Jones’ Paradise crew. So be prepared to dance your socks off the whole nightlong!!

We will also be regaling our guests with a live band and a group of dancers to add an extra touch to the evening’s festivities. Good Looking Cooking, will also be on hand to wine and dine you in the fantastic manner that you are now accustomed. All in all an amazing evening awaits the lucky attendees. Please make sure to bring a wrap or a coat as depending on the variable March weather it could get a little cold in the evening.
